Suzanne Southerland

Suzanne Southerland, a 1989 graduate of Hardin-Simmons University, began working as a Maternity Caseworker Aide in 2018 after retiring from a career in Elementary Education.  Suzanne’s passion for birth mothers and adoption transpired due to her personal experience as an adopted child.  She realized the tremendous love and sacrifice her birth mother showed by placing her in a stable, Christian home.  Suzanne is honored to work with birth mothers as they walk through the process of choosing adoption and a Christian home for their child.

Suzanne has a daughter and son-in-law and a son.
