Jeff and Jen

First and foremost, we want to tell you that we hold you in very high esteem. Psalm 197:3 says, “Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him”. Whether you ultimately decide to parent yourself, or whichever family you choose to be your partner in adoption, you are taking a path of life, love and honoring God. If you choose to join us for this journey, all we can humbly promise is to love your sweet child deeply and do our best to raise him or her to love the Lord and trust in Him.

We have been happily married for 11 years and faith is the center of our marriage and home. We begin and end our days with prayer and prioritize time together as a couple and a family. We attend church weekly and are deeply invested in our church and school communities, both of which have been incredible sources of support. Our son Weston (9) is disciplined, driven, and incredibly kind-hearted. He loves sports, games, and anything that involves competition. Our daughter Ellie Mae (7) is affectionate, creative, and a little mama in the making—she loves crafts, climbing trees, and doting on babies. They are both beyond excited to welcome a new brother or sister into our family!

We love being outside, from hiking to pickleball, and are always up for a spontaneous trip to the arcade or an ice cream stop. Our weekends are filled with sports games, family movie nights, homemade pizza, and time with the people we love. Over the years, we’ve created so many special traditions around holidays and birthdays that we can’t wait to share—things like a day at the Christmas tree farm to Dallas Stars hockey game and summer visits to Wisconsin.

Even before we were married, we both dreamed of having a big family—and we always hoped adoption would be a part of that journey. After our first two children were born, we unexpectedly experienced secondary infertility. In that season of heartbreak, God reminded us of our earlier hopes for adoption and surrounded us with families who had walked the same road.

We believe God’s timing is perfect, and we are confident that this calling to adoption is part of His plan for our family. Our children, church, and extended family are all praying alongside us for the little one (and the brave mama) God is preparing to join our lives.
