Brandon and Naomi’s Letter

Hi Mama,

We want you to know how much respect and deep admiration we have for you. The selfless love you have for your baby is so clear, and the decision you’re making takes so much courage. We hope you know how seen and honored you are, and we are continuing to pray for you every single day.

Adoption has always been close to our hearts. On our third date, Brandon mentioned his heart for adoption. That moment stayed with Naomi and was one of the reasons she fell in love with him. It showed the kind of man he is…kind, steady, and full of love. Naomi’s mom was adopted, so adoption has always been personal and meaningful to us a couple. Because of that, adoption is a choice we are making with joy and hope.

Day to day, we hope to be the kind of parents who create a warm, steady home. We picture dinners around the table, talking about our days and laughing together. Evenings might look like cozy blankets with cookies while watching a movie, watching deer graze on the back patio, or playing catch in the backyard. Brandon loves the outdoors and is always finding ways to get us outside—hiking, biking, and exploring. We love simple moments and being together.

Your baby would grow up surrounded by family, close friends, and close neighbors with other children to play with. They would always know they are loved, wanted, and supported. Faith is important to us, and your baby would be raised around people who believe in the kindness of Jesus, His grace, and loving others well.

We promise to honor your child’s story and the love you have for them. That love will always be part of who they are.

We hope you feel peace and comfort as you walk through this. Please know that you are brave, you matter, and your love for your baby means everything.
