Hi, we are Norberto and Andi Diaz! We are so thankful for the opportunity to grow our family as we follow God’s plan for our lives. We share a full life with our daughter, Victoria, who is about to be married. We enjoy spending time with our church community, family and friends and we have consistently been called by God to continue to grow our family. We come from very diverse cultural backgrounds and we love getting to travel and explore our ties to each other.

Life is beautiful because we get to make family something we are born into, but also something we are chosen into. This journey for us has allowed us to share our love with a new member of our family that will be welcome with open hearts and open arms. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us!

When we’re not serving and worshipping at our church, you can catch us stewarding our family’s fantasy football league or participating in the many youth leadership outreach programs we take part in. Norberto and Andi’s Letter

Dear Birth Mother,

We can’t thank you enough for taking the time to get to know us and our family. Just know that throughout this process we’ve been praying specifically for you as you go through this season in your life.

We are Beto and Andi Diaz and have been married almost 8 years. We met in 2011 and have been inseparable since. We love spending time with our families, watching football games, sharing our book lists and serving in our community. Our daughter, Victoria, is 25 years old and is soon to be married to her high school sweetheart. Beto was 17 and in high school when Victoria was born. He and Victoria’s mother raised her via separate households and learned to navigate co-parenting together. This experience has profoundly shaped our family, teaching us that life is a journey filled with beauty, challenges and difficult decisions along the way. That is why we deeply admire your strength in making this decision and would be truly honored to possibly share in your child’s life and support you during this important time.

We live in a historic neighborhood in East Dallas near our many friends and close to family members who we can spend time with. Our neighborhood is full of lots of trees and hills which can sometimes feel like a world away from the busy city. Our church community is very important to us, and our weeks are filled with small group hangouts, kids’ birthday parties or walks at White Rock Lake close to our home.

Beto is a managing partner for an insurance firm where he focuses on real estate transactions securing clients as they look to buy their new homes. He is an outgoing person who makes everyone feel welcome. Beto also volunteers with various youth mentorship programs in the Dallas area. Andi works as an internal communication expert on the Human Resources Team for a large insurance company headquartered in downtown Dallas. She loves making friends everywhere she goes and volunteering for Dallas CASA. We both enjoy managing our own schedules for work and if we aren’t working from home, we are in the office or at a coffee shop nearby working alongside friends.
