Hi! We are Alex and Lindsey Kuban and we have two precious sons – William is 4 years old, and Deacon will turn 2 years old in March. Our boys captivate us daily and show us how fun even the most menial task can be! Alex works in commercial construction, and I (Lindsey) assist my mother-in-law in Real Estate part-time and run a small cookie business from home; with the goal to homeschool our children. We are extremely involved in our church and the community that God has blessed us with. Our church has been a big influence in our personal faith and how we raise our children.

The Lord put adoption on each of our hearts, even before Alex and I met. After the birth of each of our sons, our passion to adopt a child only grew! We know that God has called us to pursue adoption, and we desire to walk in obedience as He leads. Your prayers are coveted as our family moves forward to welcoming another child into our home.

Alex and Lindsey's Letter

Dear Birth Mother,

As you begin reading this letter, our hope is that you would see our hearts. Hearts that are lifting you and your baby up in prayer, as you walk the challenging and sacred journey of pregnancy and postpartum. We recognize the weight of the decisions before you, and we honor the courage it takes to consider adoption. Whether you choose adoption or parenting, please know that you are strong, deeply loved, and fully seen by our Heavenly Father.

We are Alex and Lindsey Kuban, and we have been married for six wonderful and adventurous years. The Lord has been our foundation, and we are profoundly grateful that He brought us together in this beautiful, often chaotic life. We met in our hometown, where we both were raised and where we now continue to build our life together with two children and a handful of fish. Our parents live just fifteen minutes away, and we are blessed to see them weekly. Family means everything to us, and we have been continually praying that the Lord would grow ours. Our immediate family and our church family are eager to welcome another baby and looking forward to surrounding them with love. Our children are overjoyed at the thought of another sibling—our four-year-old prays every night that “God would carry this baby to our home,” while our two-year-old walks around saying “baby, baby, hug,” clutching whatever stuffed animal happens to be nearby. In the midst of life’s joyful chaos, our prayer is that our home is filled with family, friendship, laughter, good food, games, and the abundant love of the Lord. Romans 8:25 tells us we have been adopted by the Father and we are ready to show your baby the love that Christ has given to us.
