Hi! Our names are Seth and Kristen. We have been married for 9 wonderful years and are blessed with three daughters. We truly have a great marriage, and we know it is because Jesus is at the center of our family. Marriage has been our favorite adventure, and being parents has been our greatest joy. We thank God every day for the little footsteps running around our home.
We are from a tiny West Texas town and have lived in our farmhouse in the country for nearly 9 years. Seth is a Cotton Gin Manager, and Kristen is an Accountant for a family office. Seth works close to home, which allows Kristen and the girls to visit him often at work – something we all love. Kristen is also blessed with a job that allows her to be home two days each week, giving her extra time with the kids. She loves cooking and baking and hopes to convince Seth to get chickens soon!
Sitting on our back patio while the kids play feels like our own little piece of heaven. Our backyard is a kid’s dream with a trampoline, swing set, basketball goal, and a custom playhouse hand-built by Seth. With three little girls in the house, there is almost always a princess dress being worn and a little glitter makeup on hand in case a “show” needs to be performed. Our home is filled with laughter, cooking, dance parties, tickle fights, and adventure. We are surrounded by incredible family and close friends who love Jesus and are raising young children as well. We cherish our small-town community and believe there is no better place to raise a family. A typical week for our family may include a church event, a youth sports game, or a movie night with popcorn. Whether it’s a board game or a game of basketball in the driveway, our family is always down for a little healthy competition! Although home is our very favorite place, we love making memories on vacations, especially trips to the lake or mountains in our camper. Above all, spending quality time together as a family matters most.
Adoption has been on our hearts since we first discussed starting a family. We have close family and friends whose stories include adoption, and we have witnessed the blessing it brings. We believe God has a special heart for adoption and a beautiful plan through it. We cannot wait to welcome another child into our home, and our girls are already excited to love a little brother or sister. Our promise is to raise your child in a home filled with faith, laughter, security, and unconditional love.
