We can’t thank you enough for taking the time to read our letter. We are praying for you in this loving decision you have made. The decision to give your child life is amazing and you are our hero! We look forward to having the opportunity to meet you.
We are Jonathan and Maegan and we live in North Dallas, TX. We met at a singles gathering through our church in July of 2006. We began dating in 2007 and were married on February 22, 2008. Our commitment to Jesus Christ is the foundation in our marriage and this has made the bond we share stronger than we could ever imagine. Over the last few years, God has stirred our hearts to become parents and have children. In 2010, we started the journey to become parents and were unable to have children naturally. In 2011, we felt God leading us to adoption. In 2013, we adopted our wonderful son Knox. In 2016, we adopted our wonderful son Kaleb.
Jonathan is a funny, caring, and smart guy. His desire for God is amazing and encouraging. I am blessed to have him in my life. Jonathan is a roofing consultant at a Roofing Company in Dallas. He loves playing guitar, reading, bike riding and spending time with friends and loved ones. I knew when I met him he would be an amazing father. I have been able to see this dream become true with the adoption of our sons.
Maegan cares deeply for her friends and family and loves to make time for others. She also has a wonderful sense of humor and is very outgoing. I could not ask for a more amazing wife! Maegan enjoys movies, get-togethers and working out. Maegan works for a local city. I am looking forward to seeing Maegan become a mother for the third time because I know she has so much love to give. Her face lights up when she sees our sons and I can’t wait to see her become a mother again.
We are blessed that Maegan is able to take time off from work for up to three months once the baby is in our home. After Maegan returns to work we will find daycare for the child. Both of our children are in elementary school and attend an after school care.
We live in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of children. There are also parks, pools, and community events in the neighborhood and within walking distance. We are blessed to be in such an active community in our neighborhood and church.
We look forward to having you in our lives and look forward to the first time we meet you!
